Sales Executive – Nordics

We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive to join our fast-growing International IT services business, who can help us grow our presence in the Nordics.  Proceed Group are a recognised global expert in SAP archiving, decommissioning and content management of enterprise systems. This is a newly created position a full-time role.  Ideally, we are looking for someone based in Nottingham or willing to travel there on a regular basis to meet with the Nordics Sales Lead. The majority of work will be home-based, but there may be occasional requirements to travel to countries within the Nordics.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Sell both Proceed services and products to achieve defined revenue targets
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities to ensure quarterly delivery of new projects and revenue
  • Run local SAP sales campaigns and leverage Proceed marketing to create new leads
  • Develop excellent working relationships with local SAP sales teams
  • Identify and establish beneficial relationships with local SAP partners
  • Strong teamwork with Proceed project delivery teams

Experience

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in the SAP ecosystem or software is essential
  • Services sales to large enterprises and government organisations, cross-sector
  • Effective territory planning and delivery of that plan
  • Moving businesses into the cloud
  • Net new selling
  • Strong customer relationship management

Qualification and Training

  • Educated to degree level
  • Structured sales methodologies, for example Challenger Selling
  • Desirable – Knowledge of SAP ERP, S/4HANA, related software including SAP HANA, and SAP strategy
