Throughout all our years of delivering successful projects, we have come across many different challenges or we identified opportunities for driving efficiencies. This has led to the creation of project-specific bundles equipped with specialised tools that streamline operations and reduce overall project costs. This allows consultants to focus on the more bespoke elements of a project.
Project accelerators
Classical archiving bundle
What is typically included:
- ADK file profiling: Providing archive file analysis against each object including date created and size for use in project planning.
- ADK file deletion: A deletion tool for ADK files (created during classical archiving) based on Archive object and date.
- Archiving object list: Provides the list of all Archiving Object Tables and Fields, including Z tables. A more detailed output than DB15.
- Unstructured data profiling Provides a holistic view of all available attachments in the database and content repository.
- Z where used list: Provides a list of Z objects impacted by the selected archiving object and allows customer to determine what reports need to be archive-enabled.
ILM archiving bundle
What is typically included:
- ADK file profiling: Providing archive file analysis against each object including date created and size for use in project planning.
- Archiving object list: Delivers a list of all Archiving Object Tables and Fields, including Z tables. A more detailed output than DB15.
- Unstructured data profiling: Provides a holistic view of all available attachments in the database and content repository.
- Z where used list: Access to a list of Z objects impacted by the selected archiving object and allows customer to determine what reports need to be archive-enabled.
ILM archiving and GDPR bundle
What is typically included:
- ADK file profiling: Providing archive file analysis against each object including date created and size for use in project planning.
- Archiving object list: Delivers a list of all Archiving Object tables and fields, including Z tables. A more detailed output than DB15.
- GDPR analyser: Analyses database tables to identify where GDPR-relevant data may be found, mapping it back both to its functional source and potential ILM Object.
- HR custom destruction object: Allows for the deletion of HCM data from Z tables and custom info types. It has been built based on the SAP ILM framework.
- ILM blocking status tool: To display the blocking status of master data that includes Customers, Vendors and Business Partners. There is also an option to request the unlocking of data.
- Unstructured data profiling: Provides a holistic view of all available attachments in the database and content repository.

ILM decommissioning (RW) bundle
What is typically included:
- ADK file profiling: Providing archive file analysis against each object including date created and size for use in project planning.
- Display DMS documents via ILM RW system: Allows for the display & download (for ex – Local desktop) of the DMS documents stored in the associated Content Server via the ILM RW system.
- ILM RW reporting framework: Meets common reporting requirements in ILM RW system after decommissioning a legacy ECC system. Individual reports shall be developed as per requirement by utilizing the re-usable code components. Out-of-the-box reports available for FI documents, Vendor line items, Customer line items and G/L account line items.
- SLT utilities Includes two tools (namely table replication settings and CDE configurations), to automate and avoid manual errors while configuring the CDE Objects.
- Structured data profiling: Delivers an easy way to obtain table information including number of records, application component, application area & description for a given list of tables.
- Unstructured data profiling: Provides a holistic view of all available attachments in the database and content repository.
GDPR bundle
What is typically included:
- GDPR analyser Analyses the database tables to identify where GDPR-relevant data may be found, mapping it back both to its functional source and potential ILM Object.
- HR custom destruction objects: Allows for the deletion of HCM data from Z tables and custom info types. It has been built based on the SAP ILM framework.
CRM bundle
What is typically included:
- Download unstructured data in CRM: Allows for documents to be stored on a local server based on CRM document links. This includes documents stored in folders. An excel sheet with the list of documents is given as an output.
- Unstructured data deletion in CRM: Provides a controlled mechanism for the careful deletion of unstructured data in CRM.
Content server bundle
What is typically included:
